99.95% High Purity Ground Pure Tungsten Wires Wolfram Wire 0.01mm - 3.0mm
With the high melting point, high hardness and good thermal and electric conductivity, tungsten wires are mainly used in powder metallurgical, lighting, electronics, high-temperature furnace, aerospace, chemical and glass ceramics industries for its heat, abrasion and corrosion resisatance and chemical stablity.
The characteristics of pure tungsten wires
The tunsgten wire is smooth, free of twists, bends, kinks, curls and as free of dents, swaging marks and other physical defects unless black finish is specified. All the types of tungsten wire have the clean finish, free of graphite, grease, oil and lubricants. Wire for hooks, supports, springs, anchors and mesh have a bright smooth surface free of cracks holes or craters. The requirements for straightness, and coiling and spooling are detailed as well.
The introduction of pure tungsten wires
The tungsten wires' purity is higher than 99.95%. There are three kinds of the grade as the following: W1, W2, WAL-1. The density of the pure tungsen wires is no less than 19.2g/cm3. The pure tungsten wires can b e packaged in the plastic spools or the vacuum packing. The pure tungsten wires have the excellent formability, long life and super lighting efficiency. They are mainly used for making various electron tube, H series auto lamp, halogen lamp and other special lamp.
